The GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation

The nLPD – New Federal Act on Data Protection (CH)
Since September 2023, the new Swiss Data Protection Act (nLPD) has strengthened data protection requirements and aligns closely with the principles of the GDPR.
It applies to all Swiss companies processing personal data, regardless of their sector or size.
